Veranda Sliding Door

With historical roots in Roman times, sliding doors have never gone out of style. Usually used for screen doors, wardrobe doors, shower doors or glass doors, custom built sliding doors represent both the barrier and the opening with incredible ease of use.

The timber we use in our sustainable timber sliding doors is Fine Quality External Grade Timber, so it can be used both internally and externally. This means that you can use any of our designs anywhere throughout your home.

The most common form of sliding door is the top hung sliding door, where the door is hung by two trolley hangers on a concealed track. All the weight is taken by the hangers, which allows the door to be easily moved. Less common is the bottom rolling door gear, which requires more force to move
